Perfect Studio apartment with garden in Provence market town

This Studio was our workroom since 2007. Then winter of 2015 we decided to turn it into a studio apartment. This Studio, like our other two apartments in this grand old 16thc Residence, is in the quiet heart of the market town of Apt, which is at the beginning (or end) of the Luberon region.

Everything in Apt is within an easy walk. It has the biggest street market of the Luberon on Saturdays. There are supermarkets, cinema, specialty stores, restaurants and cafes.

The Studio has a queen sized bed, a sitting area at the fireplace, and dining at the counter overlooking the garden. There is an entry closet and good storage too. Along the wall, facing the garden, is a long counter shelf which doubles for work space and eating. There is high-speed internet connection.

Up a couple of steps from this large main room is the kitchen corner, with old porcelain sink, 2-ring stove, oven, under counter refrigerator and freezer. Beyond that, separated from the kitchen by a linen curtain, is the bathroom with shower, basin, WC and clothes washing machine.

You have direct access to our private garden off the kitchen. This garden is shared by our guests in the other two apartments above. We have two other rentals above in this same building and with similar esthetic and design. These are our One Bedroom and Two Bedroom rentals.

Apt does lack "curb appeal" and the "tourist vibe", but don't let this stop you. Dig deeply and you will find it if you look above and amid the Provencal architecture. Apt is a real working town, and a great place to work out of and embed yourself in the locals’ real life. Begin to feel like you are a part of this diverse neighborhood.

-A 10% cleaning fee is added to the rent based on the weekly rental rate plus French Laundry 45€ plus 5.5% lodging taxe
